Role Description The Behavioral Therapist is responsible for assessing the behavioral and developmental needs of children and implementing individualized intervention plans. Day-to-day tasks include conducting behavior assessments, delivering one-on-one and small group therapy sessions, tracking progress, and adjusting strategies based on data and observations. The role involves close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, regular communication with families and caregivers, and participation in case reviews and planning meetings.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, requiring presence at the center during standard working hours.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess skills in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis for designing and implementing evidence-based interventions.
- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and with families.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Psychology to understand child development, behavior, and learning processes.
- Candidates should possess experience Working With Children, particularly those with special needs or developmental challenges.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and document behavioral data accurately and systematically.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices in all interactions.
- Prior clinical or educational setting experience and any relevant certifications in behavioral therapy or ABA are preferred.
