Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic BCA Faculty member to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, supporting students in their academic development, conducting practical sessions, and contributing to the overall academic activities of the college.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and effective lectures for BCA students.
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, presentations, and practical assignments.
- Conduct and supervise laboratory/practical sessions.
- Explain programming and computer science concepts clearly to students.
- Evaluate students through assignments, internal assessments, practicals, and examinations.
- Guide students in academic projects, presentations, and practical work.
- Maintain attendance and academic records.
- Support curriculum development and academic planning.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, student activities, and departmental events.
- Stay updated with current developments in computer applications and technology.
- Mentor students and provide academic guidance when required.
- Collaborate with other faculty members for smooth academic operations.

Preferred Subject Knowledge Candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas will be preferred:




- Programming / C / C++ / Java / Python
- Data Structures & Algorithms
- Database Management Systems (DBMS)
- Web Development
- Operating Systems
- Computer Networks
- Software Engineering
- Computer Fundamentals
- Object-Oriented Programming

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Computer Applications / Computer Science.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good classroom management and student-handling skills.
- Strong teaching and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a straightforward and practical manner.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and relevant computer applications.
- Passion for teaching and student development.

- BCA / MCA / B.Tech / M.Tech / relevant qualification in Computer Science or Computer Applications.
- 5–7 years of teaching experience preferred.
