Roles and Responsibilities :

- Prepare detailed BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) for high-rise buildings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of structural elements into the overall design.

- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Develop and maintain accurate records of all BBS submissions, revisions, and approvals.

Job Requirements :

- 4-15 years of experience in preparing BBBS (Bar Bending Schedule) for high-rise buildings.

- Robust understanding of structural engineering principles and practices related to high-rise building construction.

- Proficiency in creating complex diagrams using CAD software such as AutoCAD or similar tools.
