WILD WINGS PREMIUM HOTELS is seeking dynamic, passionate, and experienced Barista Coffee Makers 1-2 years of experience to craft exceptional beverage experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be the heart of our beverage station and premium dining services, ensuring that guests receive prompt, polite, and top-tier service. You will handle everything from welcoming guests and recommending specialty drinks to preparing a wide range of premium hot and cold beverages, including artisanal coffees, mocktails, fresh juices, and signature shakes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Beverage Crafting & Preparation: Expertly prepare all types of hot and cold barista coffees (espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold brew, pour-over, latte art, etc.) along with mocktails, fresh juices, smoothies, and shakes to exacting recipe and presentation standards.
- Guest Hospitality: Welcome arriving guests with a warm, professional attitude, answer questions about beverage profiles, and guide guests in their selections.
- Order Management: Present beverage menus, describe ingredients and flavor notes, recommend specialties, and accurately record guest orders.
- Beverage & Table Delivery: Serve handcrafted drinks and accompaniments promptly while maintaining the highest presentation standards set by the hotel.
- Beverage Station & Table Management: Maintain an organized, fully stocked,



and spotless coffee bar/beverage counter, and ensure guest tables and counters remain clean and refreshed.
- Operational Team Support: Work closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless coordination and rapid order turnaround during peak dining hours.
- Equipment Care & Hygiene Compliance: Operate, clean, calibrate, and maintain espresso machines, blenders, juicers, and bar tools, adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience working as a Barista, Bartender, or Beverage Specialist in a premium hotel, café, or restaurant.
- Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, mocktail mixology, fresh juice blending, and shake preparation, paired with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attributes: Energetic, detail-oriented, punctual, and able to multitask smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
- Grooming: Must maintain impeccable personal hygiene, neat appearance, and a professional uniform.
