Job Title: CNC Bending Machine Operator
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and setup CNC Bending/Press Brake machines according to engineering drawings.
Select correct tooling (V-Die, Punch) and set required tonnage based on sheet metal thickness.
Calculate bending allowance, bending deduction, and perform necessary angle adjustments.
Inspect finished components using Vernier Calipers, Protractors, and Height Gauges to ensure accuracy.
Perform routine daily maintenance and follow shop-floor safety protocols.
Requirements & Skills:
Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 1 to 3 years in CNC sheet metal bending.
Technical Skills: Blue-print/drawing reading, controller operation and angle correction techniques.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
