Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to manage beverage service and ensure an excellent guest experience. The candidate should have good knowledge of beverage preparation, bar operations, hygiene, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve beverages as per standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Maintain the bar counter, equipment, glassware, and work area.
- Take guest orders and provide professional beverage recommendations.
- Ensure proper stock levels of beverages, mixers, and bar supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory and minimize wastage.
- Follow hygiene,



safety, and service standards.
- Handle guest queries and provide courteous service.
- Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain proper billing and order records as required.
- Ensure the bar is properly set up before and cleaned after service.
