Backend Engineer (Python & Cypher): We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience who specializes in data-driven backend applications and graph technologies. In this role, you will design and develop highly efficient backend services using Python and the Flask framework, while writing optimized Cypher queries to extract insights from interconnected datasets.

Key Responsibilities

- Backend Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems using Python and Flask.
- Graph Query Engineering: Write, optimize, and debug complex Cypher queries to manipulate and retrieve highly connected data.
- API Integration: Develop robust RESTful APIs using Flask to expose graph data capabilities to front-end applications and downstream services.
- Data Modeling: Collaborate on designing and scaling database schemas, ensuring rapid query execution and data integrity.
- DevOps Collaboration: Work alongside DevOps teams to containerize applications and streamline automated deployment pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 4–6 years of professional backend software development experience.
- Core Language: Strong proficiency in Python (clean, readable,



and object-oriented code).
- Framework: Extensive hands-on experience building web applications and microservices using the Flask framework.
- Graph Queries: Deep expertise in writing and tuning production-grade Cypher queries.

Good To Have

- Graph Databases: Direct knowledge of Neo4j architecture, administration, and graph algorithms.
- Containerization: Experience writing and managing Kubernetes (YAML) configurations for application deployment.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Familiarity with Jenkins for continuous integration and automated build/deployment workflows.

Experience: 4-6 Years of professional software development experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
