We are looking for a Backend Developer with at least 3 years of experience to join our engineering team. In this role, you will work closely with our existing backend team and Flutter frontend developers to design, build, and scale business applications, enterprise systems, and SaaS platforms.

You will take ownership of core services, design robust database schemas, construct high-performance APIs for mobile and web clients, and participate in modern deployment and monitoring workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- API Design & Integration: Build and maintain secure, scalable RESTful APIs optimized for consumption by our Flutter mobile/web apps and third-party services.
- Database & Architecture: Model relational databases, write efficient queries, manage migrations, and implement clean, maintainable software architecture using SOLID principles.
- Service Performance: Optimize application performance through Redis caching, background job queues, rate limiting, and query tuning.
- DevOps & Infrastructure: Containerize backend applications with Docker and assist in managing production deployments on AWS via CI/CD pipelines.
- Security & Quality: Enforce web security standards (JWT, RBAC, OWASP), write comprehensive automated tests (unit/integration), and conduct peer code reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Flutter developers to define clear API contracts, troubleshoot integration edge cases, and refine technical specifications.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

- 3+ years of qualified backend development experience building enterprise software,



SaaS products, CRM/ERP systems, or CMS platforms.
- Node.js Framework Expertise: Advanced skills in Node.js and frameworks like NestJS or Express.js, including TypeScript usage and asynchronous programming principles.
- Relational Database Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL, including complex schema modeling, transaction management, and indexing.
- API Architecture: Proven experience building, versioning, documenting (Swagger/Postman), and securing production APIs.
- Cloud & Containers: Hands-on experience with Docker and core AWS services in a production environment.
- Automated Testing: Demonstrated experience writing unit and integration tests using testing suites like Jest or Mocha.
- Security Fundamentals: Deep understanding of JWTs, refresh token strategies, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and standard backend security practices.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

- Experience with additional communication paradigms such as GraphQL, gRPC, or WebSockets.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and message queues (Redis, BullMQ, RabbitMQ).
- Experience managing or scaling Kubernetes clusters.
- Basic familiarity with Flutter or mobile development workflows to simplify backend-frontend integration.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
