Role & responsibilities

- Lead ServiceNow IRM implementation and architectural design.

- Act as the Technology Product Owner and IRM subject matter expert.

- Configure and implement Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk, and Vulnerability Management processes.

- Automate risk assessments, risk registers, mitigation plans, controls, and related workflows.

- Gather requirements, document process flows and use cases, and lead stakeholder workshops.

- Manage enhancements, production issues, testing, upgrades, training, and continual service improvement.

- Work with Agile teams, developers, vendors, and business stakeholders.

- Support governance, reporting, regulatory inquiries, examinations, and data-quality reviews.

- Provide technical guidance across other ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and Configuration Management, as required.

Preferred candidate profile

- 6+ years of relevant experience, with flexibility up to 10 years.

- Strong, hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) is mandatory.

- Experience in ServiceNow IRM implementation, configuration, development, and solution design.





- Experience with Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk, and Vulnerability Management use cases.

- Strong experience with ServiceNow Configuration Management and related ServiceNow capabilities.

- Experience with GRC tools such as Archer, MetricStream, or similar will be an advantage.

- Candidates from fintech, financial services, pharma, healthcare/medical, insurance, or other regulated industries are preferred.

- Relevant certifications such as CIA, CISA, CRISC, ServiceNow CIS: Risk and Compliance, ServiceNow System Administrator, ServiceNow Application Developer, and ITIL will be highly valued.

- Solid communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

- This is an individual contributor role initially; however, the candidate should have the maturity and potential to lead a team in the future.

Location, shift

- Location: Hyderabad. Candidates should either be based in Hyderabad or be willing to relocate.

- Shift: 2pm11pm IST / 4:30pm1:30am IST
