About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced and self-driven QA professional with strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, taking ownership, and delivering both business and technical value in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance / Testing

- Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed

- Ability to perform effectively with minimal supervision

- Intermediate SQL knowledge, including the ability to write queries independently

- Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence

- Proven ability to deliver both business and technical value

- Experience with Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance products, specially forms validation

- Understanding of migration projects, and different product lines.

- Solid sense of ownership and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with test automation

- Guidewire experience or knowledge
