JOB VACANCY – AUTOMATION / MECHANICAL / ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Position: Engineer – Automation / Mechanical / Electrical For Automatic Transfer Mechanism – Forging Line

Micro Ring Industries is looking for an Engineer to handle automation and transfer mechanism of the forging production line.

Job Responsibilities

- Operate, monitor and maintain automatic transfer mechanism of forging line
- Troubleshooting of automation, electrical and mechanical problems
- Setting and adjustment of transfer mechanism, sensors, actuators and drives
- Ensure smooth and continuous automatic material transfer
- Attend machine breakdowns and reduce downtime
- Preventive maintenance of automation and forging equipment
- Coordinate with production team for smooth line operation
- Identify and rectify mechanical, electrical and sensor-related faults




- Maintain breakdown and maintenance records
- Ensure 5S and safety in the forging area

Qualification
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech
- Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automation Engineering
- Experience with forging automation / transfer mechanism will be preferred

Experience 2–5 Years preferred

12-Hour Shift / Shift Duty
