Engineering &

- Design

- Study customer requirements, technical specifications, and project documents.

- Prepare I/O lists, control philosophy, and automation architecture.

- Review electrical drawings, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams.

- Coordinate with the design and production teams during panel manufacturing.

PLC &

- HMI Programming

- Develop PLC programs using Ladder Logic and Function Block programming.

- Configure and program HMI systems as per project requirements.

- Modify and optimize existing automation programs.

- Perform simulation and testing before commissioning.

VFD &

- Instrumentation

- Configure and commission VFDs, Soft Starters, and Servo Drives.

- Integrate field instruments, sensors, and control devices.

- Troubleshoot communication networks and control systems.

Testing &

- Commissioning

- Conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) of control panels.

- Perform site installation, startup, and commissioning activities.

- Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD, and field device issues.

- Ensure smooth handover of completed projects to customers.

Documentation

- Prepare commissioning reports and technical documents.





- Update program backups and project records.

- Maintain project-related documentation and revisions.

Required Technical Skills

- PLC Programming (Siemens, Delta, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Schneider, Omron, etc.)

- HMI Development

- VFD &
- Servo Drive Configuration

- Industrial Communication Protocols (Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Profibus, RS485)

- Electrical Control Panel Knowledge

- Electrical Drawings and Wiring Diagram Reading

- Troubleshooting &

- Commissioning Skills

- Industrial Automation Concepts

Educational Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.

Experience

- Fresher to 5 Years in Industrial Automation and Control Panel Manufacturing.

- Experience in PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, and Control Panel projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
