Experience:

· 2 years work experience (Preferred).

· Proficient in AutoCAD (Mandatory).

Education:

B.E(Civil)

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Preparing Architectural Layout Drawings.

· Estimating Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

· Visit project sites and undertake surveys to collect all relevant data and measurements to enable a full working engineering drawings.

· Prepare detailed drawings for the complete scope of work in terms of quantity and specification in line with project requirements.

· Monitor design / revision change and implement any alterations to drawings in accordance with company / client standards and instructions.

· Provide final detailed working engineering drawings from schematic drawing to construction documentation.

· Prepare ‘As Built’ drawings and all other relevant documentation to project manager for the client for final approval.

· Responsible for establishing and maintaining structured AutoCAD drawings.

· Responsible for ensuring all milestones are achieved on time.

Job Types: Full time, Contract

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
