Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Audit Associate to join our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in U.S. Audits, preferably involving 401(k)/Employee Benefit Plan audits and/or Non-Profit Organization (NPO) audits.

You will be responsible for performing audit procedures, preparing audit workpapers, supporting financial statement preparation, and working in accordance with U.S. GAAP and U.S. Auditing Standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute audit procedures for U.S.-based clients.
- Prepare and maintain detailed audit workpapers and supporting documentation.
- Perform testing of financial statement accounts, transactions, and internal controls.
- Assist with 401(k) / Employee Benefit Plan audits.
- Assist with NPO / Non-Profit Organization audits.
- Prepare and review financial statements and related disclosures.
- Apply U.S. GAAP and U.S. Auditing Standards during audit engagements.
- Perform substantive and analytical procedures.
- Identify audit issues and communicate findings to senior team members.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain audit schedules, supporting documents, and explanations.
- Ensure audit documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with professional standards.
- Work closely with Senior Associates, Managers, and U.S.-based engagement teams.
- Meet engagement deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- CA / CPA / CA Inter / CPA Pursuing.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant U.S. Audit experience.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
- Good knowledge of U.S. Auditing Standards.
- Hands-on experience preparing audit workpapers.




- Experience with financial statement preparation and audit documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in the 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM IST shift.
- Candidate must be currently based in Hyderabad or willing to work from Hyderabad.

Preferred Experience Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
- 401(k) / Employee Benefit Plan Audits
- ERISA audits
- NPO / Non-Profit Organization Audits
- U.S. financial statement audits
- U.S. GAAP financial reporting
- U.S. audit documentation and workpaper preparation
- Working directly with U.S.-based clients or audit teams

Key Skills Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
