Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Human Resources to oversee end-to-end recruitment and payroll functions while supporting overall HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manpower planning, talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee relations within the Restaurant, Hospitality, or Hotel industry.

The incumbent will play a key role in ensuring timely recruitment, accurate payroll processing, compliance adherence, and effective HR service delivery across multiple locations.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
