- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for various positions within the restaurant.

- Conduct thorough and effective interviews, reference checks, and background screenings to ensure the selection of qualified candidates.

- Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure current employees have a smooth transition into their roles and are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.

- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.

- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to wage and hour laws, anti-discrimination laws, and health and safety regulations.





- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, including topics such as customer service, food safety, and leadership development.

- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, time and attendance records, and training records.

- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement of HR policies and practices within the restaurant.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
