We are hiring enthusiastic freshers with strong English communication and presentation skills to support our recruitment, institutional engagement and business outreach activities.

You will interact with candidates, colleges, and training institutes to support hiring. You will also connect with business prospects, introduce our organisation and encourage them to explore our presentations, brochures, websites and other business materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition and Institutional Engagement

- Speak with candidates and screen them for different roles based on their qualifications, communication skills, interests and role requirements.
- Connect with colleges, placement officers, training institutes, and other sources to attract suitable candidates to participate in various college-to-company initiatives of our organisation
- Prepare and deliver presentations to introduce our organisation and motivate applicants participating in our programs
- Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and maintain professional relationships with various sources of Talent Acquisition.

Business Outreach and Market Insights

- Reach out to business prospects and introduce our organisation and its offerings professionally.
- Request and encourage prospects to review our presentations, brochures, websites, and other relevant business materials.




- Follow up to understand their interest, gather feedback and identify areas they would like to explore further.
- Record feedback, questions and observations accurately and share them with the relevant internal teams.

Required Skills and Attributes:

- Excellent spoken and written English, with clear, confident, and skilled communication.
- Strong presentation and public-speaking skills, including the ability to engage an audience and respond to questions.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates, institutional representatives, and business prospects.
- Confidence in initiating conversations and following up courteously.
- Continuous Learning Attitude
- Good organisation, coordination and record-keeping skills.
- Willingness to work from our office and visit colleges, training institutes and other outreach venues as required.
