About the Role

We're looking for a Social Media Intern/Associates to support our content and social team across a portfolio of luxury and couture fashion brands. You'll get hands-on exposure to how a growth agency runs social for premium fashion clients from content calendars to community management to competitor research while learning directly from people managing these accounts day to day.

What you'll do

- Assist in building and maintaining content calendars across multiple client accounts
- Schedule and publish posts across Instagram and other platforms
- Monitor comments, DMs, and engagement, flagging anything that needs a response
- Track trends, hashtags, and competitor activity in the luxury/fashion space and bring ideas back to the team
- Support caption writing, content research, and basic creative briefs
- Help pull together weekly/monthly social performance snapshots




- Coordinate with the design and content teams to keep posting schedules on track
- Assist with on-ground or studio content shoots when needed
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to speed up caption writing and generate content ideas for review
- Use AI to help research trends, hashtags, and competitor content faster
- Use AI image/design tools alongside Canva to quickly mock up content ideas before final design
- Use scheduling tools' built-in AI suggestions (best posting times, caption prompts) to support the content calendar
- Use AI to help summarize engagement/comment trends for weekly reporting
- Stay curious about new AI features on Instagram and other platforms and flag useful ones to the team

What you'll need

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field
- Genuine interest in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle content
- Comfortable using Instagram, and familiarity with scheduling tools is a plus
- Strong written communication and an eye for detail
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working across multiple brand accounts at once
- Curiosity about AI tools and how they're changing content and social workflows

Nice to have

- Personal or academic experience managing a social page (own, brand, or college)
- Basic familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
- Prior internship experience in marketing, media, or a fashion-adjacent field
