Role & responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT C2H (Contract-to-Hire) and Permanent positions.

- Understand hiring requirements and source relevant candidates through Naukri.

- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, notice period, compensation, and role fit.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment process.

- Handle offer negotiation, documentation, joining formalities, and follow-ups to ensure successful closures.

Preferred candidate profile

- 15 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably with solid exposure to C2H and Permanent Staffing.

- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate lifecycle management.





- Good understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and technical skill sets.

- Strong sourcing experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.

- Experience in handling multiple requirements and meeting TAT and hiring targets.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.

- Experience in offer closure, counter-offer handling, and joining follow-ups.

- Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
