Conduct professional massage and spa treatments as per guest requirements and approved SOPs. Consult with guests to understand their preferences, requirements and treatment expectations. Explain treatment procedures and ensure guest comfort throughout the service.

Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, equipment, towels, oils and other supplies. Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming and workplace cleanliness. Follow all health, safety, hygiene and skilled-ethics guidelines.

Maintain accurate records of treatments and guest preferences. Handle guest queries and concerns professionally and escalate issues to the Spa Manager when required. Promote appropriate spa treatments, packages and wellness products.

Keep updated with new massage techniques, spa treatments and wellness trends. Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to the supervisor/manager. Coordinate with other spa team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
