Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Service Manager to support Pan India service operations. The role involves coordinating service engineers, managing service activities, supporting customers and dealers, ensuring timely service delivery, and contributing to service revenue growth through effective service and spare parts support.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor service activities across multiple locations.

- Support service engineers in resolving technical and operational issues.

- Track installations, service requests, escalations, and job closures.

- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of machines, repaired units, and spare parts.

- Maintain service records, reports, turnaround times (TAT), and closure status.

- Coordinate with sales teams for installations, demonstrations, and customer support requirements.

- Handle customer and dealer escalations and ensure timely resolution.

- Assist in training and mentoring service engineers and support staff.

- Support AMC, spare parts sales, and other service revenue opportunities.

- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, reporting standards, and service processes.

- Travel when required for critical service requirements, installations, or training.

Requirements





- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.

- 3–6 years of experience in service operations, technical support, field service, or equipment servicing.

- Experience coordinating service engineers or field teams.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Valuable knowledge of service operations, installations, and customer support.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and digital reporting tools.

- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

- Languages required: English, Hindi, and Malayalam.

- Willingness to travel across India when required.
