Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Actively seek and acquire new customers through targeted sales strategies online/offline.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay informed about the Company’s housing finance products and convey their benefits effectively to potential clients.




- Build relationships with Builders/Developers and get individual business from the customers purchasing flats in projects being developed by these builders.
- Explore current markets where business can be expanded (e.g., Affordable Housing) and ensure that the Company’s share of the housing finance business from these new markets increases.
