- Plan and manage daily production activities.
- Prepare and monitor production schedules.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Manage production workers and allocate work effectively.
- Coordinate with Purchase and Stores for raw material availability.
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
- Ensure production follows the required quality and process standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Sales and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor machine performance and production downtime.
- Maintain daily production records and reports.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices in the production area.
- Report production status and issues to management.
Pay: ₹18,334.78 - ₹30,000.00 per month
