ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Assistant Manager Supply to manage supply operations, drive business growth, and build strong banking partnerships. The role involves strong cross functional coordination, stakeholder management, and operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

- Banking Partnerships: Build and manage banking partnerships, onboarding new banks, ensuring smooth coordination and execution.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Performance & Process Improvement: Monitor KPIs, prepare MIS reports, resolve escalations, and improve processes.
- Team Management:



Lead and coordinate inspection engineers to ensure timely inspections and achieve defined inspection TATs.

KEY REQUIREMENT

- 3-6 years of experience in B2B Sales, Logistics, or Operations.
- Flexible to travel around delhi ncr region for field visits
- Experience in partner management, preferably banking or financial services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and MIS reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage targets and operational priorities.
- Robust ownership and execution skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
