- About the Role
- We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Finance to join our Finance team in Gurugram. The role will primarily focus on loan and advances accounting, reconciliation, financial closure, and audit activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in loan accounting, maintaining proper reconciliations, supporting automation of the loan book, and driving timely closure of audit requirements.

- Key Responsibilities
- • Manage loan and advances accounting, ensuring accurate and timely booking of all loan transactions.

- • Perform accounting closure and reconciliation for loans, advances, and related balance sheet accounts.

- • Ensure zero errors in loan booking and maintain accuracy across the loan book.

- • Conduct regular balance sheet reconciliations for loan and advances-related accounts.

- • Identify and resolve reconciliation differences and accounting discrepancies.

- • Support the automation of the loan book and improve existing accounting and reconciliation processes.

- • Prepare and maintain necessary schedules and reports for financial and closing activities.

- • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of finance and accounting-related issues.





- • Manage audit requirements for the assigned area and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

- • Maintain proper documentation and records to support internal and external audits.

- • Contribute to process improvements and ensure strong financial controls within the assigned area.

- Technical / Functional Skills:
- • Strong understanding of loan accounting and reconciliation.

- • Good knowledge of finance and accounting processes.

- • Solid proficiency in MS Excel.

- • Experience in balance sheet reconciliation and financial closing.

- • Understanding of audit processes and financial controls.

- • Ability to identify accounting discrepancies and drive timely resolution.

- • Exposure to loan book automation or process automation would be an advantage.

- Education

- Minimum Qualification:
- • MBA / M.Com

- Preferred Qualification:
- • CA Inter would be an added advantage.

- Experience
- • 4–5 years of experience in a Finance & Accounting function.

- • Experience in loan accounting, reconciliation, and financial closure is preferred.

- • Experience in closing and reporting activities would be an added advantage.
