Role & responsibilities

- RFQ Development: Generate RFQs from existing and prospective compressor manufacturers/OEMs for Gears & Pinions (G&P;).

- Customer Order Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) as per customer commitments.

- Payment Collection: Drive timely payment collection and maintain Overdue (OD) at NIL.

- New Customer Development: Identify and develop new compressor OEMs and industrial customers and expand the customer base.

- Quotation Management: Prepare and submit technical/commercial quotations and ensure timely follow-up.

- RFQ-to-PO Conversion: Convert customer enquiries and quotations into Purchase Orders (POs) through effective follow-up and negotiation.

- Market Development: Identify new applications and business opportunities for Gears & Pinions in compressor applications.

- Customer Relationship: Develop strong relationships with key customers and understand their current and future requirements.

- Business Target: Achieve assigned targets for RFQs, order conversion, sales, collections, and current customer additions.
