Role & responsibilities

- RFQ Development: Generate RFQs from existing and prospective Machine Tool OEMs for Gears & Pinions (G&P;).

- On-Time Delivery (OTD): Ensure timely delivery of products as per customer commitments and coordinate with internal teams for order execution.

- Collection Management: Ensure timely payment collection and maintain Overdue (OD) at NIL.

- New Customer Development: Identify and develop new Machine Tool OEMs and customers to expand the business base.

- Quotation Management: Prepare and submit technical/commercial quotations and ensure timely follow-up with customers.

- RFQ-to-PO Conversion: Drive customer follow-up, negotiations, and technical discussions to convert RFQs into Purchase Orders (POs).

- Application Development:



Identify new applications for Gears & Pinions in CNC machines, machining centres, turning machines, grinding machines, and other machine-tool applications.

- Customer Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with OEMs, purchase teams, design/engineering teams, and key decision-makers.

- Business Target Achievement: Achieve assigned targets for RFQs, sales, order conversion, collections, and current customer additions.

- Market Intelligence: Track machine-tool industry trends, competitor activities, new machine launches, and upcoming customer projects to generate new business opportunities.
