- WE ARE HIRING: Assistant Manager – Production (Rubber Moulded Mats)

Company Brief

- Indiana Polymers Pvt Ltd, a leading manufacturer of rubber moulded mats, is seeking a dynamic production qualified to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the rubber moulding section to meet target production volumes.

- Optimize compounding, mixing, vulcanization, and press moulding processes.

- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, waste reduction, and scrap control.

- Manage manpower shift allocation, shop-floor safety, and machine utilization.

- Coordinate with maintenance and quality control teams to minimize downtime.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Polymer Technology, Chemical Engineering, or Rubber Technology.

- Experience: 5–8 years of hands-on experience in rubber moulding operations or relevant disipline (mats/flooring experience preferred).

- Skills: Strong knowledge of rubber compounds, press machinery, process optimization, and team leadership.

- Age: Below 35 Years
