Role Overview

Crowdera is seeking a data-driven Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing (Fundraising) to drive donor acquisition, fundraising growth, and campaign performance across digital channels. The role will be responsible for managing the complete fundraising funnel, from audience acquisition and campaign execution to conversion optimization, donor retention, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize fundraising campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative performance.
- Drive donor acquisition, recurring donations, and fundraising revenue while achieving CPA, ROAS, and conversion targets.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, messaging, landing pages, and donation journeys.
- Improve donation funnel performance and reduce donor drop-offs.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance,



donor acquisition costs, conversion rates, and donor lifetime value.
- Collaborate with fundraising, content, creative, and CRM teams to improve campaign effectiveness and donor retention.
- Stay updated on performance marketing, fundraising, and digital advertising best practices.

Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or fundraising marketing.
- Solid hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience in campaign optimization, CRO, A/B testing, and analytics.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred

Experience in nonprofit fundraising, D2C, e-commerce, subscription businesses, CRM, GA4, conversion tracking, and marketing analytics tools.
