Job Title: Assistant Manager/Manager Non-Food & Packaging

JOB SUMMARY The Assistant Manager / Manager – Non-Food & Packaging will be responsible for managing the procurement of non-food consumables and packaging materials, with a focus on ensuring brand-aligned, premium-quality packaging while maintaining cost efficiency across all restaurant locations. The role will also be responsible for sustainable and eco-friendly packaging, vendor management, inventory optimisation, budgeting, and ensuring timely availability of non-food and packaging items across all cities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Source packaging materials such as boxes, bags, containers, and takeaway packaging that reflect the brand’s premium positioning.
- Source non-food consumables, including disposables, cleaning supplies, printing and stationery, and guest amenities.
- Negotiate with packaging vendors and printers and manage custom and branded packaging development.
- Drive the sourcing of sustainable and eco-friendly packaging in line with the brand’s sustainability commitments.
- Coordinate with the Brand and Marketing teams on design updates and seasonal or festive packaging.
- Monitor city-wise consumption and optimise inventory levels and reorder points.
- Manage vendor performance, conduct quality checks,



and carry out periodic cost benchmarking.
- Own and manage the budget for the non-food and packaging categories.
- Ensure the timely availability of non-food and packaging items across all cities.
- Support new restaurant launches with packaging and non-food supply planning.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Graduate / MBA in any discipline.
- 5–9 years of experience in packaging or non-food procurement.
- Experience in F&B;, QSR, or FMCG is preferred.

COMPENSATION & INTERVIEW PROCESS 1. Salary: As per experience and suitability; finalized during the physical interview with the management.
