We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Manager – Operations to manage and drive the day-to-day operations of our salon and wellness outlet.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in retail, service, hospitality, salon & wellness, or other customer-facing industries, with a proven ability to manage teams, ensure excellent customer experience, drive sales, and maintain operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon/outlet and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle team management, staff allocation, attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Drive sales, revenue, membership, repeat business, and upselling/cross-selling initiatives.
- Monitor daily sales and operational performance against assigned targets.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, service standards, hygiene, grooming, and safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, consumables, product usage, and wastage.
- Coordinate with management for staffing, operational requirements, promotions, and business development activities.
- Maintain daily operational reports, sales reports, attendance records, and other required MIS.
- Ensure the outlet is maintained according to the company's brand,



visual, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
- Coordinate with service professionals/therapists/stylists and ensure efficient appointment and customer flow.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer retention, service quality, and outlet profitability.
- Support local marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Ensure smooth coordination between front desk, sales, service team, and management.

Candidate Profile:
- 2–5 years of experience in retail operations, salon & wellness, hospitality, hotel management, luxury/service industry, or a similar customer-facing environment.
- Candidates from Retail, Salon, Spa & Wellness, Hotel/Hospitality, Premium Services, Lifestyle or Luxury Brands are preferred.
- Strong team handling and people management skills.
- Good understanding of sales, customer service, and operational processes.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Well-groomed, professional, confident, and customer-centric.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, premium service environment.
