Key Responsibilities:

nProduct Costing & Cost Analysis:

n

n
- Prepare and review standard product costs based on changes in raw materials, packaging, labour, and manufacturing overheads.
n
- Conduct actual vs. standard cost analysis and identify cost variances.
n
- Prepare costing for current product launches and product modifications.
n
- Compare cost across multiple product SKUs and analyze reasons for cost variations.
n
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, R&D;, and Supply Chain teams for accurate product costing.
n

nMIS & Financial Reporting:

n

n
- Prepare monthly MIS reports on Sales Promotion expenses and product-wise promotional costs.
n
- Monitor Budget vs. Actual spending and perform variance analysis.
n
- Generate periodic costing, profitability, and management reports to support business decisions.
n

n

nCost Optimization & Business Analysis:

n

n
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and recommend cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
n




- Perform product-wise and customer-wise profitability analysis.
n
- Support pricing decisions through cost and margin analysis.
n

n

nBudgeting & Planning:

n

n
- Assist in the preparation of Annual Budgets and Quarterly Forecasts.
n
- Collect, validate, and consolidate financial data from various business functions.
n
- Support budget reviews and provide variance analysis to management.
n

n

nReporting & Presentation:

n

n
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
n
- Utilize Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and business presentations.
n

n

nQualification: ICWA/CMA (Mandatory)

n

nExperience:

n➢ SAP Co Module experience is mandatory

n➢ Advance excel & Powerpoint presentation knowledge is mandatory

n➢ Mumbai based – No outstation

n➢ Better in Presentation & Communication skills
