Designation: Assisntant Maintenance Manager

Salary: 70K to 75K pm

Qualification: B.E/B.TECH – Mechanical

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Chakan Pune

Responsibilities:

Supervising daily maintenance operations of plant and machinery.

Monitoring performance of pumps, motors, compressors, and engines.

Planning and execution of preventive maintenance schedules.

Troubleshooting mechanical failures and minimizing downtime.

Maintaining proper documentation and maintenance records.

Preventive and breakdown maintenance of gearboxes, rolls, drive systems, and hydraulic & pneumatics components.

Daily line inspections and implementation of corrective actions.

Spare parts management, maintenance scheduling, and shutdown planning.

Coordination with production and electrical teams to minimize downtime.

Preventive maintenance planning, scheduling and adherence of all shop fixtures.

Knowledge about the documentation of audit of IATF / ISO

Handling hydraulics piercing machine.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
