Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and overall HR activities of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete HR operations and employee lifecycle from joining to exit.
- Handle recruitment, screening, interviews, selection and onboarding.
- Manage attendance, leave and employee records.
- Coordinate payroll processing, salary, incentives, OT and deductions with Accounts.
- Handle PF, ESI, statutory compliance and related documentation.
- Manage employee grievances, discipline and workplace issues.
- Develop and implement HR policies, rules and procedures.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and support employee welfare.
- Monitor performance, probation, confirmation, increments and promotions.
- Maintain proper personnel files and HR documentation.
- Prepare regular HR reports and management updates.




- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and employee performance.
- Support training, development and employee communication.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
- Handle employee resignation, full & final settlement and relieving formalities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of HR operations and labour laws.
- Practical knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESI, attendance and leave management.
- Strong recruitment and employee-handling skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / HRMS.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with management.

Qualification MBA / MA / PG Diploma in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.

Salary

Salary will be based on experience, skills and suitability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
