We are looking for experienced Billing / Commercial professionals to join our team for infrastructure projects in Andhra Pradesh / Telangana.

The candidate should have solid experience in end-to-end project billing activities and preferably have worked on Road / Highway projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle complete billing activities of the project from start to finish.
- Manage Client Billing, Contractor Billing and Sub-Contractor Billing.
- Prepare and process RA Bills and Final Bills.
- Review BOQ, measurements, quantities and billing documentation.
- Handle quantity reconciliation, rate analysis, variations and extra items.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors and project teams regarding billing matters.
- Ensure timely submission and certification of bills.
- Maintain proper billing records and supporting documentation.
- Lead and manage the billing/commercial team.
- Handle regular client interaction and coordination related to billing.
- Coordinate with project/site teams to ensure accurate and timely billing.

pls note: Candidates with Road / Highway / Expressway / Infrastructure project experience will be preferred.
