We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Fashion Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in apparel design, trend research, technical drawings, and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop trend-driven apparel collections for domestic and international markets.
- Create detailed sketches and technical drawings using Adobe Illustrator.
- Research fashion trends, fabrics, trims, and market developments.
- Collaborate with production, merchandising, and sourcing teams for product development.
- Review samples and ensure designs meet quality, fit, and design specifications.




- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders on design concepts and revisions.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion of designs and samples.
- Guide junior team members and contribute to improving design processes.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in fashion/apparel design.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and technical drawing.
- Positive understanding of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and production processes.
- Strong creative, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with domestic and/or international fashion brands will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
