Assistant Director – Grow 11

Grow 11 is looking for an Assistant Director to join our creative and production team. The role involves working closely with directors, creative strategists and production teams across films, advertisements and branded content.

Responsibilities:

- Assist directors throughout pre-production, production and post-production.
- Support script breakdowns, shot planning, scheduling and production coordination.
- Contribute creative ideas and help develop scenes, concepts and visual treatments.
- Coordinate with actors, crew and creative teams during shoots.
- Assist in executing film, advertisement and branded content projects.
- Gain hands-on experience across professional production environments.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in filmmaking, advertising or content production.
- Strong understanding of filmmaking and visual storytelling.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Passion for cinema and creative storytelling.
