Role & responsibilities

CCR & Process Operation :

Operate and monitor Raw Mill, Kiln, Cement Mill, and auxiliary systems through CCR/DCS. Maintain process parameters such as temperature, pressure, feed rate, and draft within target limits. Ensure secure plant operation during start-up, shutdown, and normal running conditions. Monitor alarms, interlocks, and process trends for smooth operation.

Process Monitoring & Optimization :

Monitor process performance and take corrective action during process disturbances. Coordinate with Quality Control team for maintaining clinker and cement quality. Support optimization of heat consumption, power consumption, and production efficiency. Identify process abnormalities and report major deviations.

Safety & Compliance

Follow plant SOPs, safety procedures, and permit-to-work systems.



Ensure compliance with environmental and pollution control norms. Report unsafe conditions and participate in safety activities and audits. Maintain housekeeping standards in CCR and operational areas.

Coordination & Troubleshooting

Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation departments during breakdowns and maintenance activities. Support field teams during operational adjustments and inspections. Assist in troubleshooting operational issues to minimize downtime. Participate in shutdown and preventive maintenance activities.

Preferred candidate profile

1-3 years of experience as a CCR Operator in cement Plant
