- Ensure compliance with all applicable EHS statutory and regulatory requirements.

- Valuable knowledge of the Factories Act and applicable labour and safety regulations.

- Manage and monitor EHS statutory compliance and maintain necessary records and documents.

- Conduct Risk Assessment, HIRA, JSA/JHA and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Conduct regular safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.

- Coordinate and support internal, external, customer and certification audits related to EHS.

- Ensure compliance with applicable requirements of FSSAI related to food safety and workplace practices.

- Coordinate implementation and compliance of relevant ISO standards, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.

- Develop and conduct EHS training and awareness programs for employees, workers and contractors.

- Monitor PPE compliance, work permits, emergency preparedness and safe working practices.





- Manage fire safety, emergency response, first aid and mock drills.

- Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses and prepare corrective action plans.

- Monitor contractor safety and ensure compliance with EHS requirements.

- Maintain EHS documentation, registers, reports and compliance records.

- Support environmental compliance, waste management and pollution-control requirements.

- Coordinate with government authorities and external agencies for EHS-related matters, wherever required.

- Drive a strong Safety Culture across the organization.
