Job Summary

Kapil Power & Infra (P) Ltd. is seeking an experienced Assistant Civil Engineer with 6+ years of relevant experience to support construction site execution, supervision, quality control, project coordination and site management.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the assigned project site.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely execution as per project schedules.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Senior Engineers, contractors and subcontractors.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment and other site resources.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure proper execution of civil works.
- Review drawings and assist in resolving technical and site-related issues.
- Verify site measurements, quantities and completed works.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Maintain proper site records and documentation.
- Identify and report delays, deviations and execution issues.
- Coordinate with clients,



consultants and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Assist in planning, execution and overall coordination of assigned project activities.
- Support site team management and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in civil construction/site execution.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and site supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings.
- Knowledge of measurements, quantities and construction documentation.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and relevant construction software.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work at project/site locations as required.

Salary Salary will be discussed and finalized based on the candidate's experience, skills and interview performance.
