We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Branch Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the construction and real estate sector . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales teams, developing business strategies, and achieving revenue targets across multiple projects and territories.

- Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve targets and market penetration.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to ensure consistent performance.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with builders, contractors, developers, architects, and channel partners.

- Drive sales of construction materials/real estate projects through B2B and B2C channels.

- Identify and onboard channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.

- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.

- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.

- Ensure smooth coordination between marketing, operations, and project teams for timely delivery.

- Participate in trade shows, property expos, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.





- Negotiate and finalize deals with high-value clients and institutional buyers.

- Requirements: Education: Graduate in Sales &
- Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.

- Experience: 3+ years in real estate or construction sales , with regional leadership exposure.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong understanding of the real estate market, construction products, and sales channels .

- Excellent team leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to travel extensively across the assigned region.

- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.
