We are hiring skilled Assembly Operators to join our shop-floor team in Chennai. You will play a crucial role in assembling mechanical sub-assemblies, industrial machinery, and Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) strictly according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform mechanical assembly of machine parts, gearboxes, actuators, pneumatics, and structures as per engineering drawings.

- Strictly follow company safety guidelines, 5S practices, and quality control standards on the shop floor.

- Support testing, trial runs, and factory commissioning activities alongside senior engineers.

- Identify fitting discrepancies and coordinate with the shop-floor supervisor for immediate rectification.

Requirements:

- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical / Fitter trade preferred.

- 1 to 3 years of hands-on shop-floor experience in heavy machine assembly or industrial tool building.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
