We are looking for an experienced Assembly Engineer to oversee and execute the assembly of machinery and mechanical components. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities

Perform mechanical assembly of machines, components, and sub-assemblies.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly drawings, and technical specifications.

Ensure machines are assembled according to quality and safety standards.

Coordinate with the production, design, and quality teams during assembly activities.

Inspect components and assemblies for accuracy and quality.

Identify assembly issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.

Perform testing, alignment, and troubleshooting of assembled machines.

Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and measuring instruments.

Maintain assembly records, checklists, and relevant documentation.

Support continuous improvement activities to improve assembly efficiency and product quality.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly processes.

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

Knowledge of mechanical components, tools, and measuring instruments.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of machine installation and testing is an added advantage.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Educational Qualification





Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

25 years of relevant experience in machine assembly or machinery manufacturing.

VMC Operator

Qualification: ITI / DME / B.E. Mechanical

Job Location: Coimbatore

We are looking for experienced VMC Operators to set up and operate Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) machines and ensure accurate and efficient machining of components as per production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate VMC machines as per job requirements.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job instructions.

Load CNC programs and make minor program edits when required.

Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.

Inspect and measure finished components to ensure dimensional accuracy.

Maintain machine cleanliness and perform basic preventive maintenance.

Monitor machining processes and ensure quality standards are maintained.

Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of jobs.

Follow workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.

Requirements

ITI / DME / B.E. Mechanical qualification.

25 years of relevant experience as a VMC Operator.

Good knowledge of VMC machine operation and machining processes.

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

Basic knowledge of CNC programming and editing.

Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and other inspection tools will be an advantage.

Good attention to detail and quality awareness.
