Area Sales Manager – Kerala
Location: Kochi, Kerala | Industry: FMCG / Confectionery
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve primary & secondary sales targets.
- Manage distributors, dealers, and retail outlets.
- Lead and monitor the sales team.
- Expand market coverage and develop current business.
- Conduct regular market visits and track competitor activities.
- Monitor sales, collections, stock, and team performance.
- Ensure timely reporting through FieldAssist.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in FMCG/Confectionery sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Kerala market and distributor network.
- Team handling and negotiation skills.
- Malayalam communication is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month Work Location: On the road
