The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving field sales, building strong client relationships, expanding our dealer/distributor network, and managing order fulfillment across the assigned region. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies to expand market reach and generate consistent sales growth across Ahmedabad.

Onboard new dealers, distributors, retailers, and commercial clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. Conduct regular market visits and field work to identify new business opportunities. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to maximize incentive earnings.

Manage payment collection cycles and follow up on outstanding balances. Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and pricing to provide valuable market feedback. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and collection reports.

Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or B2B/distribution sales.Education: No formal educational degree required. Proven sales track record and practical market experience are what matter most.Location: Must be residing in or willing to travel extensively within Ahmedabad. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.Own two-wheeler vehicle with a valid driving license for field travel.Benefits & CompensationBase Fixed Salary: ₹35,000.00 to ₹45,000.00 /month (negotiable based on experience)Incentives: Up to ₹20,000.00 /month based on target achievementTravel / Fuel Allowance: Provided for official field visitsWork ScheduleDay shift / Field sales hoursMonday to Saturday
