We are looking for an experienced and energetic Area Technical Manager to drive technical service, influencer engagement, business development, and secondary sales across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the secondary team in the assigned area.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Architects and Engineers.

- Onboard influencers under the SSML Influencer Scheme and drive month-on-month business growth.

- Monitor daily team visits, PJP, and market coverage.

- Increase the active Contractor and IHB base on a month-on-month basis.

- Monitor secondary sales and ensure achievement against targets.

- Handle and resolve influencer concerns with a focus on satisfaction and retention.





- Prepare and present fortnightly and monthly performance reports to management.

Ideal Candidate:

- 7+ years of relevant experience in Cement / Paint / Building Materials.

- Experience in Business Development or Technical Service.

- Proven experience in territory and team handling.

- Strong network among Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and other influencers.

- Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-management, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
