Job Title: ASM

Reports To: ZSM

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Responsible for maintaining and increasing sales of our GPPL products

· Reaching the targets and goals set for your area

· Establishing, maintaining and expanding business network with distributor and retailers

· Responsible for maintaining existing distributors and retailers

· Increase business opportunities through various routes to market

· Responsible for allocating area to TSI

· Developing sales strategies and setting targets with HO Team.

· Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets

· Analyzing sales figures through SFA

· Possibly dealing with some major distributor accounts yourself

· Collecting customer feedback and market research

· Keeping up to date with products and competitors

· Responsible to report ZSM on daily/ weekly/ monthly basis

Qualifications:

· Education level: - Min graduation.

· Experience: - Min 7 year sales experience & min 2 year experience as ASM.

· Specific skills: - Good Communication Skills, Hard Worker,excel knowledge,SFA knowledge and also know Local Language, Computer knowledge

· Personal characteristics: - Leadership, Punctuality, Initiative, Creativity, Team Work

· Certifications :- NA

· Licenses:



- Driving license.

· Physical abilities: -Physical & medical Fit.

· Expand the business in uncovered area & Non-covering town.

· Responsible for 50% Productive call from your team.

· Responsible for 40 calls from your TSI & required to do 20 calls individual given by HO team.

· Responsible for Route sampling by TSI during market visit.

· Need to sale all SKU’s from your team.

· Responsible for check the journey plan of the TSI (Territory Sales In-charge) and then create and upload your own PJP (Permanent Journey Plan) in the Field Assist app.

· During market time if there is any in-shop promoter in your tertiary you need to visit them also.

· Participation in exhibition of your area is compulsory.

· Responsible for Outlet data correction & validation from your team on daily basis.

· Increase focus products sale from your team.

· Need to develop in-shop promoters in your area (TSI HQ).

· Maintain Cost to sales of you & your team less than 2%.

· Maintain FIFO at depot & DB level.

· Responsible for new product launching.

· Responsible for vacant TSI & In-shop promoter.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
