Qualification : MBA / BBA/ Specialized in marketing or any related field
Exp : 2+ YRS of exp in sales or retail management
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales operations across assigned Cake World outlets/area.
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team.
- Develop customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
- Monitor outlet performance, sales trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure effective upselling, promotions, and customer service.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with positive team-handling ability.
- Experience in bakery, food & beverage, or retail is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
