Job Purpose:

nTo drive sales growth and market expansion across the assigned state by identifying and

nonboarding potential dealers, managing key customer accounts, and executing sales strategies. The

nrole focuses on premium footwear and sportswear products, ensuring consistent brand visibility

nand revenue achievement. The incumbent will report to the Regional Sales Manager and maintain

na robust dealer network and sales pipeline.

nJob Specification:

n• Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in the sports or footwear industry,

npreferably in premium product sales.

n• Education: MBA in Sales/Marketing or Master's in Sports Management.

n• Background: Strong inclination or background in sports is essential.

n• Location Flexibility: Must be open to travel across districts and regions within the state.

nKey Responsibilities & Accountability:

n• Manage sales operations across all districts within the assigned state.

n• Identify, evaluate, appoint, and onboard potential dealers and channel partners.





n• Drive primary and secondary sales in line with company targets.

n• Regularly maintain and update sales funnel, pipeline, and forecasting tools.

n• Ensure visibility and promotion of premium footwear and sportswear in the region.

n• Build strong relationships with key dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders.

n• Coordinate with marketing teams to execute trade schemes, product launches, and

npromotional events.

n• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

n• Prepare periodic reports and updates for the Regional Sales Manager.

n• Ensure compliance with company standards and operational excellence at all

ntouchpoints.
