1. Own the maintenance plan for the assigned area and allocate responsibilities across O&M; engineers, FRT, civil and patrolling teams.
2. Review open TTs, incident severity, ageing and restoration progress, and intervene where service timelines are at risk.
3. Check daily planning against actual closures, identify blockers and reallocate resources through the authorised process.
4. Review RCA and repeat-cut locations, assign corrective actions and verify whether the actions reduce recurrence.
5. Plan route inspections and preventive maintenance covering aerial sections, ducts, chambers, joints and vulnerable crossings.
6. Coordinate approved route protection, shifting and underground-conversion work, including access and permission dependencies.
7. Maintain qualified coordination with clients, utility contractors and authorised municipal or local stakeholders for network protection.




8. Check manpower, vehicle, tool and material readiness, and escalate shortages that affect area coverage or restoration.
9. Supervise contractor quality and productivity, and verify work quantities and records within the assigned authority.
10. Ensure testing, closure evidence, fibre records and as-built updates are complete and available to NOC and GIS.
11. Coach field supervisors and engineers, reinforce safe working practices and coordinate people issues with HR.
12. Submit area performance reports, client commitments and unresolved risks to the senior O&M; management team.

Pay: ₹58,000.00 - ₹61,000.00 per month
